Coffee affogato is a classic dessert that has been thrilling not only caffeine addicts for decades. Homemade, tastes twice as good.


Dessert For 4 people

for 4 glasses of approx. 2 dl

1.2 l of espresso

1 tablespoon of raw sugar

2 litres of full cream

4 scoops of vanilla ice cream

chocolate sprinkles to decorate

How to proceed


ca. 10 minutes

Pour the espresso into a bowl and let the sugar melt. Whip the cream firmly and transfer it to a pastry bag with a star-shaped spout. Distribute the scoops of ice cream in the glasses. Pour the coffee over the ice cream and garnish with the cream.
